Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Sovereign Sweep Ltd, operating the brands richplayers.uk, websiteexperts.co.uk, and ailessons (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Custom laser-engraved metal NFC cards are made-to-order products, produced to your approved artwork, branding, and engraving specification.

Sales are final once the design proof is approved and production has begun. After this point, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

If your card arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective item.

Website setup fees are one-time charges covering the bespoke design and build of your site, branding integration, and initial SEO configuration.

Monthly concierge hosting (£39/mo) covers server maintenance, cloud infrastructure, security updates, and ongoing support. Hosting is a rolling monthly subscription.

You may cancel hosting at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Service continues until the end of the notice period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Affiliate commissions apply strictly to upfront setup and hardware packages: 15% for verified Partners and 20% for VIP Founding Partners, calculated on the qualifying package price at the time of sale.

Commissions are settled upon confirmed transaction clearance of the referred order. Orders that are refunded, charged back, or cancelled do not qualify for commission.

Monthly recurring hosting and maintenance fees (£39/mo) are retained 100% by Sovereign Sweep Ltd and are excluded from all commission calculations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate access codes in cases of fraud, self-referral, misrepresentation, or abuse of the programme.

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider, Tide Business. We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials on our systems.

Orders enter production only after payment has been confirmed and, where applicable, the engraving proof has been approved by you.

You confirm you own or hold valid licences for all logos, artwork, and branding assets supplied to us for engraving or website use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
